Sound Bathing with Nancy Scheibe
June 9th, July 6th, August 23rd, September 21st
Sound healing, or a sound bath, is a meditation practice that uses calming sounds and vibrations to relax the body and mind. These vibrations help shift brainwaves, ease tension, and support a sense of inner balance. Because every cell in the body has its own natural frequency, stress or illness can disrupt that harmony; sound can help restore it, activating the parasympathetic nervous system so the body can rest and repair. During a sound bath, you’re immersed in sounds and you come ready to receive. Every session is customized to your unique needs.
$25 per class, pay at the door
